When to use it
If play slips out of control, self-exclusion closes your account for a period you choose.
How to activate it
- Open the account settings in bwin
- Choose a cooling-off period or a longer exclusion
- Confirm the request
During the period
It cannot be reversed before the period ends, and a new account cannot be opened. Seek outside support when needed.
